First interview with the Requiter, it was smooth and they asked me so many questions but after one week ahe sent me email to tell me that they decided to go with another candidate, but in total was good experience and I enjoyed that

Ho partecipato al processo di selezione per una posizione di IT Engineer presso Google. È stato un percorso piuttosto strutturato e professionale, durato circa 4 settimane. Dopo aver inviato la candidatura online, sono stato contattato da un recruiter per un primo colloquio conoscitivo. Abbiamo parlato del mio background, delle mie competenze tecniche (in particolare su networking, troubleshooting, e scripting) e delle aspettative per il ruolo.
Successivamente ho sostenuto due colloqui tecnici da remoto, tramite Google Meet.

Le domande erano focalizzate su scenari reali di supporto IT, automazione con script (bash e python), risoluzione problemi di rete e gestione utenti su Google Workspace. Mi hanno anche fatto alcune domande comportamentali, in stile STAR.

For the purpose of initial screening and assessment, it contained a bunch of basic technical IT questions, touching upon common hardware and software issues, as well as several behavioral situational questions crafted to understand a candidate's approach to workplace challenges
