They sought me out, then had me go through interviews to rate me, then it's been radio silence. I've had to follow up multiple times with the recruiters and they've even changed roles and personnel.

had first interview with recruiter - she was nice. thought that I was the right person for the job. Second interview with manager from the US. was less good. felt like the main reason for the interview was to hire a similar person to the person who was interviewing. we talked at night (for me) and was 30 min over the interview allocated time, but the morning after I got a rejection call.

I did 3 rounds of interview as part of the loop. 4th interview got postponed and eventually they decide not proceed with my application. The interviewers were from West Virginia and London. They were great and I enjoyed the interviews. Just disappointed that I couldn’t land the role.
