Was quite impersonal with unclear expectations. There was little enthusiasm from the interviewer who also did not seem to know much about the role themselves. Overall was a simple but painful experience.

Pretty structured and standard process, got asked expected questions. Balance of questions on attainment, performance and behavioral. Each of my interviewers as well as HR were organized and professional. The process ran smoothly over around 5 weeks.
4 rounds that involved 2 introductions to management and 2 introductions to your team. Very conversational and professional with some added questions about the specific vertical I was applying for.
Tive a oportunidade de passar por um processo de entrevista na Google e, sinceramente, foi uma experiência extremamente enriquecedora. Desde o primeiro contacto, tudo foi conduzido com grande profissionalismo, clareza e respeito pelo candidato.
