I had two back-to-back interviews with a follow-up interview the following week. Interviews were 30-45 minutes each and the interviewers asked mostly behavioral and hypothetical questions about product marketing/GTM strategy/metrics to measure.

Recruiter Screen: Motivation, role fit, communication skills, basic product/marketing thinking. Analytical / Case Interview: Structured problem-solving, data interpretation, business or GTM case. Product Sense/Strategy: Market understanding, user insights, positioning, prioritization trade-offs. Googliness & Behavioral: Leadership, collaboration, resilience, values ... Team Matching: Mutual fit discussion before final offer decision.
