Spoke with a recruiter, made it through to the next round to have a 30 minute phone conversation with the hiring manager. Recruiter asked about every job I had post college. Also asked why I picked the college I went to.

Name a business book you have read in the past 90 days, and what did you apply from that book to your work?
Started with a phone screen by the hiring manager then the next round was 3 additional people on a panel. Overall the process took 3 months from the start to the finish. Mostly due to some out of office time

Tell me about a time you used data to solve a problem?
Good process, but longer than I expected. It was down to me and one other candidate, but I lost out to an internal candidate.
Good people... Smart and focused. I am not sure that they were clear about what they wanted. The process what air-tight, but the human part of it seemed a little disconnected.
