Tough. Many phases and multiple departments involved with the whole process. They usually only participate in discussions with those who have industry experience. They might want to consider branching out and finding those who know how to win regardless of the industry.

Pretty structured and standard process, got asked expected questions. Balance of questions on attainment, performance and behavioral. Each of my interviewers as well as HR were organized and professional. The process ran smoothly over around 5 weeks.
4 rounds that involved 2 introductions to management and 2 introductions to your team. Very conversational and professional with some added questions about the specific vertical I was applying for.
