I was interviewed on four occasions by 12 different interviewers. The interviewers were from across the board, at various levels. They all had varying approaches and styles - some more focused on the job spec itself and some more interested to glean knowledge on my rather varied background.

What is the ROI of X campaign? I said: "What, the Republic of Ireland," and still got the job.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.

Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
