Il colloquio è strutturato in tre step, l’ordine è casuale e in base alla disponibilità dei vari stakeholders: behavioral, manager interview, peer interview. Molto piacevoli ma sfidanti. Ottimo il feedback ricevuto il feedback da HR a termine del processo e tutti i consigli ricevuti prima e durante le varie fasi del colloquio

Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
