The interview at Google left a rather mixed impression. While the process was comprehensive and some interviewers were quite knowledgeable, the overall experience felt overly bureaucratic and dragged on for weeks, making it exhausting and frustrating. Communication from the recruiting team was often slow or uninformative, which added to the stress and uncertainty about the outcome. There was even an awkward moment when an interviewer was distracted and gave vague feedback, which didn't help my confidence. Frankly, the hype around Google’s interview process seems exaggerated; I found it less professional than at other tech companies, with little feedback and a cold, impersonal approach.
