the interview process was quick and efficient, asked more situational questions to understand what you would do with regards to client-facing roles and assessed if you would be a good fit for the team
The interview process was pretty smooth. The questions weren’t straight forward with a bit of Q&A so it does help to research and understand the platform.
The downside is the word Associate is very general so you don’t know the “exact” position your applying for. This would mean that it’s quite difficult to decide on how to start the negotiations.
