I applied online on a Saturday, and got a call from a recruiter on Monday. We had a short phone interview right then that centered on my resume and past experiences. She told me some about the company. A couple of days later I got invited in for an in-person interview (that would take place in about a week and a half). The in-person interview consisted of talking to the HR person more about past experience, two people from the editorial staff (separately) and shadowing a member of the team. The members of the editorial department mainly asked if I was OK with the nature of the data entry work, and was very casual. It seemed like more of feeling out my personality. My references were contacted that night, and I received an offer the next day.
