The process started overall was very transparent. I had very good support of HR person, who was very helpful, setting all interviews and giving all information in advance. I passed 4 interviews via Skype with HR, Direct Manager, Peer of Direct Manager and VD. The interviews went well and without any interruptions, was full of questions from both sides as well as possibility of self presentation. I was slightly disappointed at the end with no clear feedback neither from HR nor Direct Manager in terms of missing skills or experience to get the discussed job. I had a feeling that hiring team was not clear on the requirements. It would be worthy to get some more clear feedback after passing 4 interviews rather than saying that they have candidate better suited for the position than myself, posting position at the same time.
