1. Call with the recruiter was great and productive 2. Test task was large and medium complexity, I sent it over in a 3 days, it took over 3 weeks for hiring manager to review it. 3. Interview with the hiring manager was weird. It seemed like he didn't even review test task properly. Questions were poor, I felt like he tried to anti-promote the company 4. They promised to reach back to me in 2 days, and never did 5. When I reached out the recruiter, she asked for more time, but again, haven't reached back 6. After one more email she said they have better candidates, even though my experience is relevant and there was no indicators that interview or test task were done bad. The process took 1.5 month. I recommend not to apply to this company as the behaviour they show is highly unprofessional.
