Groupon hatte damals einen hohen und schnellen Bedarf an Mitarbeitern. Sprich, nach meiner Bewerbung wurde gleich am kommenden Tag eine Telefoninterview verabredet. Das Inerview dauerte etwa eine Stunde und drehte sich rund um meinen CV.
Kurze Zeit später wurde ich zu einem persönlichen Gespräch eingeladen. Auch das lief gut und ich bekam noch am selben Tag die Zusage.

15min online interview and 4h in-office interview. Online was really chill, and the hr is very nice. In-office was really hard. First part is intro, and then 30min 1v1 interview, and a group task.

3 steps:
* interview call by HR (which I believe now is a recorded video) just to know a bit about your experience, background and map your future aspirations
* interview with Sales Manager - with role playing exercise
* Offer: sent within 10 days of first call
