Easy phone screen where the recruiter told me about the job and didn't really ask any questions about me, followed by a 45 minute video interview with a couple members of the team. The interview was fairly easy, mostly just asking about my background and a couple of STAR questions about stuff I've worked on. It almost felt too easy, like the interview ended 20 minutes short and I didn't feel like they asked hard hitting enough questions. There was also a lack of professionalism throughout the whole process. I only heard back a month after applying. For the video interview the interviewers just didn't show up the first time and I had to reschedule. Then after the interview they made it sound like I'd hear back personally (which I'd expect after meeting members of the team) but instead I just got a stock rejection email a week later as though I'd never interviewed in the first place. Overall just not a pleasant candidate experience.

Three interviews consisting of a phone screen with recruiter, a behavioral interview with a product manager, and a panel and technical interview with three engineering leaders. The initial phone screen was a poor experience, the recruiter didn't seem interested in speaking about the company or the engineering team. I didn't expect to hear anything back from her. She referred to me using the wrong name at multiple points during our contact. The behavioral round was very positive. I could tell the product manager was passionate about working at the company and had a lot of good things to say about the team. The panel/technical interview was overbearing. Instead of having two separate interviews it was an hour of around 30 questions and an algorithm related to anything/everything development related. While the interviewers were friendly, I felt like the purpose of gauging the candidates engineering ability through random technical knowledge was a bit overwhelming for the position title and salary for this role. I wouldn't recommend applying to this consulting firm if you are a developer or engineer. There are numerous other companies that do a better job preparing and communicating requirements to candidates. Also they could use a lot of work on improving the candidate experience.
