Lengthy interview process but very supportive and helpful recruitment team to guide you along the way. Had about seven rounds, including the initial phone screen with the recruiter. Unfortunately didn't receive an offer, but great overall experience!

The interview process is long and draining. There were a total of eight interviews including the recruiter interview across three weeks. Each one a half our long and some were back to back. I interviewed with random people like software engineers.
Each of the 8 interviewers were late to every interview.

What is your leadership management style and tell me a time you applied that style?
The best interview experience. I knew I wanted to be on their team when I screened for the role. By my second interview I HAD to be. When asked by family member “How’d it go?” all I could say was “That was fun!”
