The process took about 3-4 weeks since I was out of state. They reached out to me almost instantly after I submitted my application. I had a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter, and then he scheduled me for a follow-up interview with 4 different people within the company that lasted 2 hours. It was a virtual interview since I was out of state using the conference software, Zoom. The interview process was very easy and comfortable. Make sure you know a lot about the company and why you want to work there. After the interview, they called a reference of mine and then a group called me a few days later to let me know that I got the offer. I liked that they told me what stood out for them and why they chose me. Some of the interviewers reached out to congratulate me too. I'm excited to work for this company.

It was a three part interview, each segment being 30 minutes. The first was more of your average scenario based set of questions. The second was more technical, and the third was relating to the company culture and how it aligns with your goals. I'm rating it poorly because they decided not to move forward with my application entirely due to the fact they stopped decided to move hiring for the role to a different city. Why even bother interviewing for one location if you're going to pull the rug out from under applicants like that and waste their time?
