You go through a round of 3 interviews and each one has 3-4 interviewers. They usually contact you 1-2 weeks after you apply. it takes around a month for you to get hired.

The interview process from day 1 was such a professional and refreshing experience. After going through other job interviews not only recently, but also ones in my past, Gusto was the most relaxed and comfortable I have ever felt in an interview by far. I spoke with 5 people, 1 including the Recruiter, and every single person was welcoming and made me feel like I was speaking with a friend. That type of interview style helped me open up and be myself which in turn made me more confident for each interview I went into. Since getting hired on, this has only become more apparent. The entire Onboarding process is so cleanly laid out in front of you and they really acknowledge and help ease your first week nerves. I am super impressed!
