Colloquio
I got contacted for an interview within an hour or two of applying. I was able to select my date and time for the interview through a scheduling link. The morning of I received a text that the recruiter needed to reschedule due to being sick. We did reschedule and then the morning of the reschedule they let me know they'd need to reschedule a third time. Honestly I was fine with the reschedules at this point, things happen the recruiter was really upfront about what was going on (at this point).
In between the second and third reschedule the job posting had been taken down.
The day of the third reschedule I get an email in the later part of the day saying the recruiter tried calling and they would like to keep in touch for future openings.
Once I let the recruiter know I had not received any calls they immediately offered to reschedule. As much as I appreciate them reaching out, nobody had called me when they said they did. I wanted to write this review because I'd actually seen others sharing similar stories with Gusto.
I don't know what went on behind the scenes. I feel like the job had been filled in between the rescheduling's - regardless, I have no idea why the recruiter said the called, I've received a few calls within the week. All came through just fine. Also, no voice mail was left if they called (they didn't call).

Describe a time you had to manage multiple tasks and how you delegated it from most important to least
When I applied I was contacted in 2 hours, set up a phone interview and went over my work experience. I was moved to 3 interviews, 30 minutes long and with a different employee of gusto. Had a final interview and was contacted shortly after with a offer. I was given plenty of information to prep for the 3 interviews. I loved the communication with my recruiter and updates. Overall a great company and the best interview process I’ve had with a company.
