1) Straightforward phone screen.
2) Homework assignment - they expect a good amount of time, effort and proofreading to be done at this stage. It's great because it gives the candidate a good idea of the sales process.
3) 4 hour in-person interview with 4 different people. Great conversations with a few mock sales pitches thrown in. You can tell the team has an incredible culture. While there are individual goals, the team/company goals are the main focus. Everyone helps each other out.
