Recruiter reached out, I got in touch, did a recruiter screen was personable. I was informed I'd receive a decision within a couple of days. A couple weeks later, I was declined with no mention of why.

- Panel interview (4): values alignment, cross-functional, portfolio deep dive, and final interview with hiring manager
Overall the process was organized, professional and transparent but I didn’t get an offer and hey didn’t provide any helpful feedback other than “we went with other candidates”

What was a project where you advocated for design process
The interview got off to a rough start when the interviewer arrived 10 minutes late, which didn’t set a professional tone. When I asked about the product, the responses felt quite surface-level, possibly due to recent organizational changes. Throughout the conversation, the engagement level seemed low, making it difficult to have a meaningful discussion.
