I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me a couple weeks after. I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, technical interview over the phone, and then a four-round onsite interview. All of the technical interview questions required me to use languages I was unfamiliar with (Ruby and JavaScript), but all my interviewers were extremely patient, helpful, and understanding. The questions they asked weren't difficult in nature, but what made the interviews challenging was that they expected me to code in unfamiliar languages on the fly. I felt as though I was stumbling through each question, but all my interviewers answered all my questions well and provided guidance when needed.
