I applied via Linkedin; messaged the Job Poster and within a few days had my first screening. Next was an interview with a Supervisor followed by 2 projects and other rounds to interviews. Extremely lengthy process at least 5-6 steps. Recruiter and team members were very nice, enjoyed the mixed bunch and each of their own perspectives. Feedback to the team: After 2 weeks I finally received an update that they were going to proceed with another candidate who had more experience. Can certainly respect the competition in todays market; but it was a disservice for me to follow up 2 times, and wait 2 weeks to find out someone else with more experience was selected and no other feedback. Please make better executive decisions and not string them out as it would be beneficial for HUMAN Security and its future candidates to not waste time.

I was referred to the role. HUMAN's communication from application to eventual offer letter signing was organized and thorough. There was an initial 30 min call with a recruiter which was followed by three 30-45 min one on one interviews with the hiring manager and two others. The entire process took about three weeks and was a very pleasant experience overall.
