Recruiter screen, Hiring manager, then..nothing. Followed up with recruiter several times was told she was still waiting on Hiring manger, hiring manager on vacation, apologies and over 2 months later, no closure, follow up from anyone.

I applied in April. They got back to me about my application, with the offer of an interview, in June. During the interview I was told "I'm looking at your CV/application for the first time now".
