Second step: one on one interview with an employee of the chosen department.
third step: if selected,interview with the founders.

The interview process is divided into three stages.
1. Online Aptitude test - Easy enough
2. Interview with Manager/Team Lead
3. Interview with one of the cofounders.
Some people ming end up giving an additional 4th round with another co-founder as well. They not only how good you are with inter-personal skills but also try to decide if you can gel in with the company's culture.
