Very relaxed and conversational. They were very upfront that I was likely overqualified and looking for more. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and easy to talk to. They asked specific questions from my resume and were interested in my long term goals for the growth of my career. It wasn’t the typical robotic interview questions.

Very well organized interview process comprising of recruiter screening, calls with the hiring manager and director, a project, and team member conversations. Very lengthy process but I always felt well informed.
