This is my second go round for the PGA role and I am highly disappointed that after rounds of interviews and the accurate explanation of my transferable skills that I was not considered due to lack of healthcare experience. If that was the initial case, it behooves me why I was even considered in the first place? It was also confuzzling how three recruiters were assigned to this role. It was confusing who to reach out to sometimes. The interview experience I will say is swift as whoever is in charge that day gets back to you within 24-48 hours and its 4 rounds: Phone screen, mock sales call, behavioral interview, & then leadership interview. So overall you're looking at 2 weeks max. Apparently they are looking to hire 100 PGAS in 2026 so you're in luck if you have healthcare experience. Overall, it was disappointing to say the least being I am truly qualified for this role. Save yourself the trouble of applying if you have no healthcare experience. They do not tell you that in the beginning, they give you a feel they accept those without it, but they don't. Very disappointing.

I was honestly so impressed by this process! Everyone was detail oriented and kind. I also felt like the recruiting team prepared me well. I joined Headway a month ago and it's been such a breath of fresh air so far. I'd recommend!
