Literally the best interview process I've ever been a part of. Started with the recruiter, then my potential boss, then the dev team, and finally the CEO. Took about 3 weeks total to conduct. The entire team is competent and very friendly.

They gave me a design challenge. Fairly open ended, which is great! Lots of discussions and quick mock creations.
