I was first asked via phone if I would also have an interest in a Regulatory Specialist position, because at first I've applied for Global Trade. Since Henkel was already deep in their hiring process with Global Trade with the candidates, I was offered to join the Reg. Specialist hiring process in the end. The interview comprised of a panel of 4 people of different positions in their team and at first I was mainly asked about my motivation to join Henkel, about my studies - why the study field. Afterwards the panel proceeded with other questions regarding team work or solitary work, etc. Pretty basic questions...

Great environment they just make you feel comfortable about the whole process no stress it was online during pandemic and took around 2 hours total. I received the offer and I declined because the compensation wasn't up to my expectations
