Great environment they just make you feel comfortable about the whole process no stress it was online during pandemic and took around 2 hours total. I received the offer and I declined because the compensation wasn't up to my expectations

I was first asked via phone if I would also have an interest in a Regulatory Specialist position, because at first I've applied for Global Trade. Since Henkel was already deep in their hiring process with Global Trade with the candidates, I was offered to join the Reg. Specialist hiring process in the end.
The interview comprised of a panel of 4 people of different positions in their team and at first I was mainly asked about my motivation to join Henkel, about my studies - why the study field. Afterwards the panel proceeded with other questions regarding team work or solitary work, etc. Pretty basic questions...
