Apply online at henryfordcareers website, once applied, recruiter will conduct a phone interview and if all goes well then an inperson interview with the respective department manager whom you will work under. A Successful interview leads to a job offer and then onboarding and orientation. Moreover, the interview has several stages, one with the office manager, next, with the department manager and the other office managers, depending on which arm of the organization youre interviewing for.

Very through, met with several managers for the position, some of the managers where not that friendly. They did make sure that I knew what the job entailed and what the benefits package was. I was accepted for the position and met with HR and received an offer letter.
