Was given a short written quiz on basic math and identifying common surgical instruments. One of the interviewers had less experience and job knowledge than myself and had difficulty reading the questions.

The interviewers were having difficulty reading basic questions supplied to them by Human Resources and had to re-read the questions several times to ensure that it was correct. Human Resources personnel was not present, just a supervisor and one employee with one year of experience. They seemed to be focusing on attendance.
