I got called in 1/2014 for an interview for this position. There were three people who interviewed me. The questions were basic/typical interview questions. The supervisor then asked the other ladies to leave and we did a one on one. Later, I learned the reason for the other employees to participate in the interview is to get a feel for the person being interviewed; to see if they are a good fit and will fit in with other employees for the position and the environment.
