applied through a recruiting agency and they set up an initial phone interview with the hiring manager who is a tech lead of the the team. The interview was a mix of technical and behavioral, but he grilled on some of the concepts whether I have used it in my projects or at work or not. Most of the conversation is about your resume and background and to see if you'd be a good fit.
