Process ran a bit long but was smooth overall. My recruiter was fantastic — super communicative, always got back to me quickly, and made sure I felt prepped at every stage. Everyone I interviewed with was really personable too, which felt like a great sign for the culture. Standard process: recruiter screen → HM behavioral → presentation → in-person on-site → exec interview. One extra interview was added at the end due to a reporting structure change, but it was handled transparently.

The Hinge website lays out the specific stages of the interview process, which matched my experience. The recruiter also shared one-pager guides on what to expect in each interview. Each round was with 2 Hinge employees, plus additional convos with the would-be manager. The process took about 3 months for me. I found the questions asked extremely thoughtful and one interview in particular was EXTREMELY difficult as the team was very prepared with follow-up questions!
