1st round phone screen with Recruiting Coordinator, 2nd round phone screen with the hiring manager - great conversation. Take-home QBR that was to be presented during the onsite. While at the onsite, the team was totally disorganized. Multiple people were at least 10-20 minutes late for our scheduled interview times. I found out onsite that my potential direct hiring manager wasn’t even there, so I would be presenting my QBR to someone else.
I received an email 3 days later that the company decided to move forward with other candidates. I asked for feedback, and the Recruiter said there was none. Not helpful and felt like a waste of time.

Spoke to 3 different people and never heard back. Was quite confused/disappointed as they said they'd be in touch regardless. Followed up a few times, no answer. Have heard this experience is a common one.

Applied online. Recruiter promptly got back to me and interview was organised with Manager. Spoke with Manager who didn't seem to know very much about the role. Was told process is incredibly long (despite their website giving the advice to clients to move quickly) and that they would like to proceed to the next step. Then received automatically generated email saying that I was a no. Followed up with recruiter who said their policy is to not give feed back.
For a company that wants to change the way we recruit they seem to have some archaic and counter productive practices.
