I applied online and the day after I received a first invitation for a job interview on Skype with HR. A few days after the first interview I got feedback and was invited for a second Skype interview with the Team Lead of my department. After this interview I was invited for a final interview in Munich with the Team Lead. The application process was quick, professional and friendly at the same time.

Very friendly and professional questions. Do not expect a very formal one. Be yourself and talk to the managers and HR. I have had 3 steps: first talk with HR, after I talked to the Team lead and after a week I have talked to the Director.
