Ghosted after projection submission. Avoid. After an introductory call with the HR I was given a project to make. I submitted it before a soft deadline of a week and received reject after a month. The rejection mail included an offer for a brief call with the same HR for feedback of my task and I asked him to schedule it but I didn't hear it back even after 1 month from the rejection mail, I even asked recruiter to share feedback on linkedin which was ignored.

I was contacted by the recruiter, had a call with the person. During that call, I was asked about my experience and they told me about the company and the role I was contacted for. After the call, they send me a takeaway (home) coding challenge. The problem I was asked to solve was simple but took me a while to work it out (I send a day on it). After completing the challenge I submitted the code and it's been more than a few months now have not received any feedback from them not even contacted back from them. I spend my whole day working on the problem they could have at least sent me an automatic rejection email or something. I would recommend staying away from this company complete waste of time.
