I filled out an application on indeed. I was then contacted via email about a day later asking me to schedule a phone interview time. The phone interview was pretty standard. The recruiter was very nice and the conversation seemed like 2 old friends talking and not an interview. They asked the normal questions, "how much do you currently make" "what do you like about your current job" etc etc. I passed that interview and I was given a second interview. The second interview was a video interview. It started on time and lasted about 45 min to an hour. It was a bit more extensive and asked several "tell me about a specific time" situations. The interview made me feel at ease and made me feel very comfortable and he gave me advice for my next interview steps. For the 3rd interview I had to go to the Houzz office in Nashville. The parking was difficult for someone that is not familiar with downtown Nashville but once I got inside I was given a case study to do which was an worksheet with 4 questions I had to email them the responses to, a role-play with one of the managers and then an interview after the role play with the same manager. She mainly asked for more info on my responses with the 2nd interview. She did as a few different ones as well. I was told that all 3 interviews would be looked over and they would get back to me with a response. Between each interview someone would call and brief me on what to expect

What is one thing your manager would say you could improve on?

The interview was a three part process. The first part was a short phone chat with a recruiter from the California office; she just asked about my background and my interest in Houzz. It was a pretty standard phone interview. The second part was an in office interview. There was a 10 minute video presentation, one-on-one interview, and a four question pop quiz. The interview was more thorough questions about my background and experience. The third part was also in office. There was a role play over the phone then a Skype call with a hiring manager; she gave great feedback about what I did right and what I should work on. She also discussed more specifics about the role, like schedule, pay, and hours, but also what to expect from the job. I had a final quick chat with a team lead in office as well. I felt great about each step of the process, and they told me I'd hear something by the end of the week. I accepted my offer and start soon.

Arrived in lobby area, they showed me a video about the company (10min), I then sat their for another 10 minutes waiting to be taken back for the interview. Interviewer asked a handful of basic strength/weakness questions. I then had to complete 3-5 customer complaint examples.
