The round one interview was held over zoom, with no camera on, and took about 30 minutes. The recruiter was very friendly, but kept reiterating that this was "not an easy job," which was quite off-putting since it sounded like he was trying to de-influence me from this position.

process was alright, interviewee was impatient and didn't try to see how my current bdr metrics were weighted differently than thier expectations, interviewee was a bid rude and judgy, felt like i couldve had better feedback on the cold call session.

Honestly, one of the most clear interview I had. They provide you with all the instructions and information and it is pretty straight forward. They give you exactly the questions they will ask and are detailed.

They asked what you want to work in sales and what specifically drew you to apply to Hubspot?
the interview process was difficult as I got thrown heaps of objections and questions back to back but it is very normal in this industry. I should have prepared better and be ready to just fire out answers
