The recruiter was fabulous and would get back to me within 24 hours of each round with feedback and advice for the next rounds. HubSpot provides documents before each interview round that you must review if you’re at all serious about the position. Process was: 1) Screener with HR rep, 2) behavioral and cold call interview with a manager, 3) mock email assessment, 4) final 2-part interview with 2 different managers, respectively. They provide you with a prospect’s LinkedIn to research for the mock cold call and email assessment well as clear criteria on how they will be evaluating you in the exercises. Use the STAR method for behavioral questions around failure, receiving feedback, competition, etc. Make succinct but authentic connections to the company values to share in the “Why HubSpot” questions along the way.

process was alright, interviewee was impatient and didn't try to see how my current bdr metrics were weighted differently than thier expectations, interviewee was a bid rude and judgy, felt like i couldve had better feedback on the cold call session.

Honestly, one of the most clear interview I had. They provide you with all the instructions and information and it is pretty straight forward. They give you exactly the questions they will ask and are detailed.

They asked what you want to work in sales and what specifically drew you to apply to Hubspot?
the interview process was difficult as I got thrown heaps of objections and questions back to back but it is very normal in this industry. I should have prepared better and be ready to just fire out answers
