      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso HubSpot (Dublino, Dublino) nel mese di feb 2017

      Colloquio

      The interview process was ok. Although I believe that video interviews could be awkward and unnatural specially if you have no public speaking skills. You will be requested to do a video interview to cover the basics. You will be asked 7 question and will have 30 seconds to read each one and 1 minute to respond to it.The questions will be related to the job you are applying for Customer Support Specialist: 1-Tell me about yourself 2-what do you like to do in your spare time 3-what is inbound marketing 4-what can you offer us than someone else cannot 5-tell about a time that you had to go extra mile for a customer 6-why do you want to work for hubspot 7- you have 1 extra minute to say anything you want It took me only 3 days to have a reply from the recruiter( Fair play hubspot)Didn't get the job though, which is a pity as the company from what I can see is truly culture orientated.(keep up the good work) A massive well done to the recruiter Stephanie Gamboa- Outstanding job from the beginning till the end. Made me feel important and gave me all the support I needed. Regardless of the result, I do believe that you feel when company is reliable from day 1, when the interview process starts and I have no doubt that Hubspot is a great place to work for. I will not give up Hubspot! Best of the lucky to the applicants.

      It is a 5 step interview process, with the 1st one being a phone screening, then a video call/interactive assignment, and then finally three 30 minute back to back interviews for the 3rd and final round.

      Three rounds: -Screening with recruiter -Technical (live troubleshooting with a manager) -Behavioral (3-30 minute interviews with managers) The recruiter offers prep sessions before the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Take advantage of them as they’ll explicitly walk you through how to prepare.

      Long hiring process; about 3 to 4 rounds in total. First was with HR for screening call. She was very friendly and professional. Good experience and she even gave me feedback post-interview to help me improve.
