The hiring process starts with a call from HR - where they ask you the normal questions concerning your background and motivation. The next stage includes interview with someone in a managerial position - this person asked me similar questions as the HR - just more specific to my role that I was applying for. The third stage of interviews includes a role play - which in conducted via the phone. The fourth stage (unfortunately did not process to), involves 4 interviews in their Dublin office.
