      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) nel mese di ago 2017

      Colloquio

      Very long process (6 weeks) and I was referred by a current employee. Multiple phone interviews that required 30-60 minutes out of the work day, role plays, and ultimately a 2 hour in person interview - all of which went very well. The only tricky part was I could tell in the interview that the questions were multi-layered. They were almost trying to trip me up - it was as if they had their list of certain things to say that make the interviewee say certain things that mean something to them. What seemed like a simple question I think had a much deeper meaning. The recruiter told me they would make a decision early the week following my Friday interview. I followed up on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with the recruiter, and my call was returned by the recruiting coordinator who scheduled a "Feedback Call" for the following Monday and nothing more. I mentioned to her my desire to speak with the recruiter as well and she assured me he would call me back before the scheduled call, which he did not. I was confused/concerned about the name of the meeting scheduled, but tried to remain positive because I figured there was no way they would drag me out another week when it had already been 5 if I wasn't going to get it. Monday rolls around and the "feedback call" lasted approximately 30 seconds and provided very little information as to why I did not get the job. For what is known to be such a great company to take you on such a ride over the course of 6 weeks and then let you down with some canned HR phrasing was a big disappointment.
