Colloquio
Initial phone screen with a recruiter. Second case study interview with two managers. Final round on-site with 4 different interviews.
Overall, the interview process was really well structured, every person incredibly smart and it was a joy to go through all steps. It was clear to see that for Hubspot the personality of the interviewer itself is really valued.
