Phone interview initially. Followed by case study, which was then followed by two more interviews face to face. Initial interview was light questions about career history and motivations. Case study was about resource allocations. Quite enjoyable.

How would you deal with a situation whereby a salesperson, or group of salespersons, were consistently below target.
