While the interview process is intense, it is conducted in such an efficient way. The recruiter is with you every step of the process giving honest feedback, and direction on upcoming interviews. The process itself went as follows for me: 1. Quick phone call with the recruiter to go over some basic experience and answer some brief questions on your interest in the role. 2. Another brief call this time with the hiring manager again discussing the role in more detail and how your experience aligns with it. 3. Role play call with hiring manager - this sounds stressful but the hiring manager made me feel super comfortable and was a very conversational call. 4. Four back-to-back onsite interviews with hiring manager and various team members, this was by far the most nerve-wracking yet enjoyable interview! I had one interview a week and they were very accommodating to make sure the dates and times worked for me, shout out to the recruiter who really did a fantastic job ensuring the seamless process! What they are really looking for is someone who is not only a good fit for the role itself, but a good fit for the culture which is so important to HubSpot. My advice would be to make sure you absolutely know your stuff about the company, products, culture and Inbound as a way to market and be able to apply your own experiences in detail to the specifics of the role. This was my absolute dream job to get so I worked hard for the interviews, if you want it as much as I did you will be successful!

Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.
