I had quite an intensive interview process with many people in the company, from the hiring manager to potential peers that I would be working with closely. However, it was the most organized and enjoyable interview process that I have been through in my 15+ year career. Every person that I spoke to was really engaged, remarkable and transparent and wanted to see the cultural as well as skills fit. I also really appreciated that I did not get asked the same question over and over. Throughout the entire process, the HubSpot culture was prevalent and my recruiter Samantha Webb was amazing. She was always available to chat and helped me understand how to prepare for the various interviews and walked me through the entire process.
