Straightforward, there was an initial screener with HR recruiter, followed by zoom call with the hiring manager. This was followed by a case-exercise that candidates had a few days to complete.

HR screening call, call with manager, would have gone on to technical interview next if I had progressed to the third interview.
They were very fair and I was especially grateful for tangible feedback on why I wasn’t selected to move forward. Even if it wasn’t the outcome I wanted, they handled it professionally and with sensitivity, and I can use the feedback to develop further.
Interviewer was late and had to reschedule phone call. They seemed disinterested and rushed. Very clear that they were interviewing to fill a diversity quota, rather than considering me for the position.
