First one interview with an HR person. Kind of basic.
Second interview, with the team manager, same kind of interview questions. Really nice and made the interview very relaxed.
Third interview - roleplay. Kind of difficult but a fun experience.
Last step - 2 hours of interviews, supposed to be on site but due to corona it was on Zoom.

They provided adequate prep. The most important thing is to have stories prepared within something like a PAR. Problem, Action, Result framework.
First step: you receive a link to a digital interview. 3 online questions. You can answer each question in 50 secs. 1 attempt, no possibility to repeat. Before answering, you have 50 secs to prepare yourself.
Computer does the First screening interview. You are asked three questions and given some timed prep time in between each. Kinda stressful with the camera recording you on its own. Fair questions I just didn’t do well with this interview set up, I panicked
